ServSafe Manager Certification
On December 3rd and 4th, Camp Anokijig will be hosting a pair of ServSafe Manager Certification review courses and exams. This is a great opportunity to earn this valuable certification under the instruction of our in-house Food Service Director, Rick Geiger. The morning course will take place from 8am to 12pm, and the evening course will take place from 5pm to 9pm. You must attend class both days in order to sit for your exam.
Times: December 3rd and 4th (Monday and Tuesday)
Cost: $125 for instructor-led review course and exam. (Purchase of study guide recommended)
Registration Deadline: December 1st, 2018
Each section of the course will hold a maximum of 12 students. Register early to guarantee a place in the course. Registration can be completed online or by calling our office at 920-893-0782.
